* Conceptualized, developed and commercialized InsightsBase, an innovative semantic-technology driven, information synthesis and insight mining tool. Defined value-proposition, target audience, and commercialization strategy. Implemented business development process based on senior management level prospecting and consultative selling. Secured tens of meetings and multiple closes with Fortune 500 companies. * Part of a small core marketing team that conceptualized, developed and commercialized highly successful new lemon-lime soft drink at Pepsico - Sierra Mist. Responsible for all pre-launch and post-launch market research. Sierra Mist is now a billion dollar brand. * Integral part of team that designed, tested and commercialized the "Dog" character for Mug Rootbeer package. The character is based on inter-disciplinary insights from marketing and Jungian psychoanalysis. This character has endured over a decade across multiple marketing teams, a testament to its intrinsic appeal and commercial success. * Developed a framework for evaluating ROI for marketing programs for Absolut, by including significant components of CPG type analytics and sales force survey. The ROI analysis became an important tool in establishing best practices for marketing promotions. * Key role in the development of New York Times's national expansion strategy, based on loyal look-alike framework implemented through a large segmentation study. Utilized the study to create loyalty scoring algorithms to score subscriber database for loyal customers. * Customized Burger King’s value-menu strategy for African-American marketplace. This strategy was a cornerstone of sustained comparable store sales growth for the company. * Optimized design, sampling and analytics on large tracking studies at Pepsico and Absolut, resulting in incremental value. Tracking studies are one of the largest research investments.
